The Mid-Hudson Valley DSA has been quite busy with many recent developments and a jam packed schedule for the days ahead. We wanted to update our members with some of what the chapter has been working on. Updates from the August 8th General Assembly The chapter recently conducted our first online General Assembly. In this meeting: We amended our Chapter Constitution Officiated several working groups (see charters below) Endorsement of Laurette Giardino Assembly District 105 Members recently voted to formally endorse Laurette Giardino in her race against the ultra conservative Kieran Lalor in the 105th Assembly district. Laurette is a fierce advocate for the New York Health Act and we look forward to helping her win this race. Our Electoral working group is heading this work and we encourage members to get involved in the effort. Please email us at organize@mhvdsa.org to get involved. |

Chapter fundraiser – Tee Shirts We are currently fundraising to print a batch of tee shirts that use our incredible chapter insignia. The design team here did an amazing job and we can’t wait to have some chapter swag to sell at events in the near future. We are over half way to our goal of $3000 and hope you can help us get across the finish line. Donating $20 will get you one tee shirt and $40 will get you two. Please Donate Here And use This Form to choose your size/color |
