⭐️ Rally: No War With Iran!
If an event has a ⭐ in front of its name, that means it is a good fit for first-timers!
⭐️ Rally: No War With Iran!
March 7, 2026 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Academy Green Park. 238 Clinton Ave, Kingston, NY 12401 - US
RSVP: https://actionnetwork.org/events/no-war-with-iran-2
We demand an end to the war in Iran, which will only lead to mass death and destruction, both in Iran and throughout the region. Fundamentally, this war enriches the American defense industry and the capitalist class at the expense of the working class in Iran, the Middle East, and the United States. We stand in solidarity with the working class across the globe
Congress should pass the War Powers Resolution, but we know that the only way to actually stop the war machine is through mass action in the form of labor and tenant unions executing general strikes. This imperialist war by American, Israeli, and other allied governments will only further destabilize Iran and the entire region.
Join us on Saturday, March 7th at 3 pm in Kingston’s Academy Green Park.

Now, we're gearing up for our next meeting on Sunday, March 8th, where we’ll learn what it means to run an effective meeting and practice internal democratic decision-making, develop the skills needed to have strong organizing conversations, and break into smaller groups based on the interests and priorities that many of you have already shared. That means getting rid of investors who have a right to make profits from our utility bills, and lowering rates to serve energy as a public good!
On Saturday March 14 at 12:00pm, head over to the Kingston Pop Up Shop at 10 Cedar St for an in-person meet up, to learn more about the fight to take over Central Hudson, and how you can get involved right away.
